Where Kids Take the Stage!

The Strand School of the Arts’ Summer Workshops are an exciting summer enrichment program for students entering grades 1 through 8.  Daily experiences include rehearsals and specialized games and activities that focus on team work, movement, vocal techniques, and acting.  Workshops are held in our Ocean County, NJ theater, and students with all levels of experience are encouraged to attend. 

Youth Musical Theater Workshop (Half Day Session) Grades 1 – 8

July 9th – August 3rd       M - F           9:00am – 12:00pm

*Performance: Disney’s The Aristocats KIDS – August 4th @ 12:00pm

Flicker City Movie Camp                (Half Day Session) Grades 1 – 8

July 9th - August 3rd        M - F           1:00pm – 4:00pm

*Movie Premiere - August 4th @ 12:00pm

About Our Summer Workshops:

- Class Hours: Monday through Friday, 9AM - 12PM and 1PM - 4PM
- Lunch Hour Care for students enrolled in both the Summer Theater Workshop and Flicker City Movie Camp
- 10:1Student to Teacher Ratio
- Professional Performance Facilities
- Sessions conclude with a performance/movie premiere for family and friends at the historic Strand Theater
