Casting Call

Get on the stage at The Strand by joining one of our theatrical productions. Here is where you will find information on updated casting calls at our New Jersey theater , which is conveniently located in Lakewood, New Jersey.

You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown - December 7 & 8, 2009 at 7:30pm

Auditions will be held at the Strand Theater, 400 Clifton Avenue, Lakewood, NJ on Monday, December 7 and Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at 7:30pm.. Please prepare 16 bars of a up-tempo Broadway show tune and be ready to dance. An accompanist will be provided. Please, no CDs or "a capella" auditions.

Ages 16 and up only, please.

Wednesday December 30 at 7 pm

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Please prepare 32 measures from a musical/operetta other than The Secret Garden, and please NO rock musical selections.
2. Please bring sheet music in the correct key. An accompanist will be provided.
3. Please bring headshot (if available), resume and all scheduling conflicts through March 28, 2010 with you to auditions.

The production runs March 19 through March 28, 2010 (Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm and Sundays at 2pm.) Rehearsal dates are TBD and will be announced once show is cast. Known conflicts at time of casting will be taken into consideration.
