 Nashville singer-songwriter Rod Picott, a long-time friend of The Strand, will return for his first solo show in several years. Known for his warm sense of humor and fascinating stories of his journey from construction worker to performer, Picott will be celebrating the tenth anniversary of his debut release, “Tiger Tom Dixon’s Blues,” as well as his subsequent discs, “Stray Dogs,” “Girl From Arkansas,” and “Summerbirds.” Picott may also share some songs from his upcoming cd, scheduled for a fall release.
